Upright Welcomes Our New Intern, Stone Antoun
The Upright Communications team is proud to welcome our new intern, Stone Antoun!
We asked Stone to answer some questions as an introduction and to help us get acquainted with him:
What is your background and educational experience?
I’m a Northern Kentuckian, where I’ve lived my entire life. I’m a senior marketing student where I’m pursuing a BSBA with a minor in business. I’ll be graduating in December 2024!
Tell us about the work you have done previously?
Prior to working with Upright, I worked for Airport Paint & Body, an automotive collision repair shop. I worked there for over 6 years and covered a lot of ground fulfilling positions such as automotive detailer, refinishing technician apprentice, receiving manager, and customer service representative.
What are your career goals and aspirations?
My goals are to find my place in the field of marketing. Providing value to others is what I love to do at my core. My position at Upright gives me the opportunity to explore the realm of digital marketing, understand the value this team and their work brings to other businesses, and dive into my own creativity as well.
What will you be doing in your role at Upright?
My duties at Upright consist of content creation, SEO, reputation management, social media management, and local listing management. Fulfilling these roles for many clients on behalf of Upright will give me the necessary knowledge and experience to be an effective team member and find success in the digital marketing realm.
What do you like to do in your free time?
In between school and work, I love spending my free time with my family and friends. Tinkering with cars, trying different food, going to the gym, and floating in a body of water are things you might catch me doing in the meantime. At the end of the day, I don’t really care what I’m doing as long as I can spend quality time with quality people!
