Headed to Search Marketing Expo West

I’m heading out west again the week of February 25th. This time for Search Marketing Expo West, which I am very excited about. Not only because I get to escape the snowy unpredictable Cincinnati weather for a week, but I’m looking forward to the advanced level of a search engine marketing conference.

SMX West is said to be the “must-attend” interactive and search engine marketing event of the year on the West Coast, delivering superior value to conference delegates and exhibit hall attendees alike.
For three days, I will be attending some exciting sessions including:

Video, Images & Blended Results
Local search engines
Link Building
SEO & Social Media Marketing

And no search marketing conference is complete without the infamous parties including the Google Groove at SMX where Google hosts a little networking. I’ll ask them about bumping up all of your rankings I promise. I’m looking forward to learning some new tools of the trade, sharing ideas and networking with colleagues.

I always return from these events full of new knowledge and ideas for how we can further help our efforts with our clients and potential clients. SMX is especially exciting because this is an event targeted at more advanced SEOs and covers cutting edge topics as well as advanced level issues that aren’t normally discussed at other conferences.
