facebook+seoYes, Facebook posts can boost SEO!

This is groundbreaking and super exciting news for SEO managers everywhere. For the longest time the only social media platforms that offered a handful of ranking leverage were YouTube and Google +. Both YouTube and Google + are owned by Google, so it makes a bit more sense that those two platforms offered SEO support.

It seems as though this is a new development for Google to return individual posts and videos on Facebook on a search results. It doesn’t seem to matter if the post or video has a lot of likes, shares or comments are posts with low and high engagement returned search results in Google.
